- Maintenance and long-term technical support
- Consulting and digital strategy for e-commerce growth
All services are described on our website or in written proposals and quotations.
We reserve the right to modify or discontinue any service at any time without prior notice.
3. Quotes, Payments, and Billing
- All project estimates or quotes are valid for 30 days from the date of issue unless otherwise stated.
- A deposit (typically 50%) is required before project initiation, with the balance due upon completion or as per the payment schedule outlined in your agreement.
- Payments are non-refundable once a project has commenced unless otherwise agreed in writing.
- Late payments may result in paused or delayed project timelines.
- All prices are exclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.
4. Client Responsibilities
To ensure project success, you agree to:
- Provide all necessary materials (content, images, access credentials, etc.) on time.
- Review and approve deliverables within reasonable timeframes.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date information on your Shopify account.
- Respect Store Ninja’s intellectual property rights for all materials, code, and creative assets provided until full payment is received.
Delays caused by missing information or feedback may extend project timelines.
5. Revisions and Deliverables
Each project includes a predefined number of revision rounds as stated in your proposal.
Additional revisions or scope changes will be billed separately.
Final deliverables are transferred once the project is complete and full payment is received.
6. Intellectual Property
Upon full payment, you receive ownership of the final website files, designs, or code developed for your project.
However, Store Ninja retains ownership of all proprietary tools, frameworks, or internal systems used during development.
You are not permitted to resell, redistribute, or re-use Store Ninja’s proprietary assets without written consent.
7. Confidentiality
Both parties agree to maintain strict confidentiality regarding any non-public information shared during the course of a project, including business data, credentials, and intellectual property.
8. Limitation of Liability
Store Ninja is not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use our website or services, including but not limited to:
- Data loss
- Business interruption
- Revenue or profit loss
- Issues caused by third-party applications, plugins, or hosting providers
Our total liability under any claim shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific service in question.
9. Third-Party Tools and Integrations
Some of our services rely on third-party platforms such as Shopify, Google, Meta, or analytics providers.
Your use of these tools is governed by their respective terms and policies. Store Ninja is not responsible for changes or issues caused by third-party updates.
10. Cancellations and Termination
Either party may terminate a project in writing if the other party materially breaches this agreement.
Upon termination:
- All completed work up to that point will be billed.
- Any unpaid balance becomes immediately due.
- Store Ninja reserves the right to suspend or remove access to any unpaid deliverables.
11. Disclaimer
Store Ninja makes no guarantees regarding specific business outcomes such as increased sales, traffic, or revenue.
While we employ best practices in design, development, and marketing, results depend on multiple external factors beyond our control.
12. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. Any changes will be posted on this page with a revised “Last Updated” date. Continued use of our website or services after such updates constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
13. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Turkey, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
Any disputes shall be resolved in the competent courts of Istanbul, Turkey.
